On the intranet, we've got lots of information and advice that we think will make it easier for you to do your job and to deliver the best possible services for local people. This includes advice on staying well at work and support that is available for you in the workplace, as well as information on training and how to contact our payroll or pensions teams. Check the Working for Us section to find out more.
We share the latest news through our weekly e-newsletter, Staff News, so don't miss out on updates on key polices, our achievements or news from around the area. Make sure you read it every week. You can also search the news section which we try to update daily. All internal job adverts run first in Staff News too.
All templates, forms and policies are stored on the shared S drive. You’ll be directed from the Policies and Governance section. Don't store versions locally (even in a team folder on the S drive) as we regularly update forms and template. Keeping the 'master' on the shared drive means we all know we are using the right version at all times.
You should all now be logging into the Workforce management system on a regular basis. Use the desktop icon to log-in. Please also remember to help your colleagues by always including your telephone number and your correct job title (and team) in your email signature. It saves time for everyone.
